Joy In Progress offers FREE USPS FIRST-CLASS SHIPPING on all essential oil merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). This excludes non-essential oil products like diffusers, kits, and accessories. Free shipping is applied via coupon code JOYINFREE that can be entered at purchase.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually the same business day if ordered before 2 PM MST. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. For time-sensitive orders email us at email@example.com. You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. We are shipping from our warehouses in Utah, USA. Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled, but they might be eligible for a full refund. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Joy In Progress, LLC can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
