Apple Cinnamon Protein Pancakes

As I’ve mentioned before, I’m always trying to get some protein for breakfast. And I LOVE fruit!!! So making protein pancakes is a regular staple in my mornings. I normally go for cinnamon, chocolate, or plain vanilla. I top it with greek yogurt and berries! Recently I was given a large amount of apples, so I began experimenting with putting them in my pancakes!

Favorite Salad EVER.

Now I love salads. (This was not always the case. I remember for years only wanting iceberg lettuce in large chunks so I could eat it with my hands. Yep. You read that right. I would eat my salad like nachos. I would take the large tomato wedges and dip them in ranch. The same with my chip-shaped pieces of lettuce. Ranch or Catalina dressing every time. I was into the high-sugar dressings. 😉 )
